We are conveniently located in the Uptown (Seattle Center)
district of Seattle near Key Arena (Lower Queen Anne), with
excellent public transportation and freeway access . Our office
is part of the Seattle Collaborative Law Center, located in the
East building of the Queen Anne Square office complex, at the corner of Second Ave. W. and W. Mercer
Street. Our parking garage entrance is from 3rd Avenue West.
Please note that our parking garage has a height limit of 6' 2".

Our office is in the Seattle Collaborative Law Center, located in
the East building.

We are located in the Uptown (Seattle Center) district, with
frequent bus service by
Metro Transit.
(Routes 1, 2, 8, 13, 15, and 18 stop within a few blocks; routes
8, 15, and 18 stop across the street from our building. From Downtown,
you can catch Routes 15 and 18 on First Ave. and Routes 1, 2, or 13 on Third
Ave.)
Or, take the
monorail
to Seattle Center, and walk through Seattle Center (about 10 minutes) to
our building. On a sunny day, we are a pleasant 25-30 minute walk from
Downtown Seattle, by walking along Fifth Avenue then taking a shortcut
through the Seattle Center.
Indoor bicycle racks are
next to the parking attendant in our building garage.
There is ample parking for motorcycles and scooters.
Take the “Mercer
St./Seattle Center” exit (Exit 167) (exit is from the left
lane). At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto Fairview Ave.
N. Drive 5 blocks on Fairview Ave. N. and make a right turn onto
Denny Way. Continue to the end of Denny Way and turn right onto
Western Avenue West. Turn right on 3rd Avenue West. After
crossing Mercer Avenue W. (immediately after the stoplight), turn right into the parking garage of the red brick building.
Use the elevators farthest from the garage entrance, labeled “200”, for
the East building.
Take the
Denny Way exit. Turn Westbound on Denny Way. Continue to the end of
Denny Way and turn right onto Western Avenue West. Turn right on 3rd
Avenue West. After crossing Mercer Avenue W. (immediately after the
stoplight), turn right into the parking garage of the red brick

labeled “200”, for the East building.
